The conference takes place at the Institut national d'histoire de l'art, 2 Rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris (metro Palais-Royal-Musée du Louvre, Bourse or Pyramides) and at the Hellenic Foundation of the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris, 47b Bd Jourdan, 75014 Paris (metro Porte d'Orléans, RER Cité Universitaire or tramaway Montsouris).

Participants are responsible for booking their own hotels. Numerous hotels are located in the 14th, 5th and 6th arrondissements of Paris, providing easy access to the conference venue.
